It replaces the upper right baby central incisor (E), which falls out at 6–7 years.

This tooth is #8 in the US and 11 in the international (FDI) system, where the 1 means the upper right quarter and the 1 is its place counting from the front.
There's no international tooth 8, because those numbers always have two digits.
And in the US, #11 is the upper left canine.
