The first big back tooth on the upper right, right behind the premolars.

This tooth is #3 in the US and 16 in the international (FDI) system, where the 1 means the upper right quarter and the 6 is its place counting from the front.
There's no international tooth 3, because those numbers always have two digits.
And in the US, #16 is the upper left wisdom tooth.
