The pointed tooth at the corner of the lower front teeth, on the left.
- In front: #23 lower left lateral incisor
- Behind: #21 lower left first premolar
- Same tooth on the other side: #27 lower right canine
- Bites against: #11 upper left canine
It replaces the lower left baby canine (M), which falls out at 9–12 years.
