The pointed tooth at the corner of the lower front teeth, on the right.
- In front: #26 lower right lateral incisor
- Behind: #28 lower right first premolar
- Same tooth on the other side: #22 lower left canine
- Bites against: #6 upper right canine
It replaces the lower right baby canine (R), which falls out at 9–12 years.
