The pointed tooth at the corner of the upper front teeth, on the right.
- In front: #7 upper right lateral incisor
- Behind: #5 upper right first premolar
- Same tooth on the other side: #11 upper left canine
- Bites against: #27 lower right canine
It replaces the upper right baby canine (C), which falls out at 10–12 years.

This tooth is #6 in the US and 13 in the international (FDI) system, where the 1 means the upper right quarter and the 3 is its place counting from the front.
There's no international tooth 6, because those numbers always have two digits.
And in the US, #13 is the upper left second premolar.
